I started selling real estate in the Greater Seattle area in 1989, and attained a volume of over $1 million that first year. With the support of my clients, I formed Northwest Properties USA in 1993. I am currently a third year Architecture student at the University of Washington. Over the course of my architectural studies, I have learned a significant amount of aspects that reflect upon the relationship between people and housing. Not only does the concept of a house focus on the beauty and quality of the material in its design, but also act as a coherent belief of the occupant’s lifestyle. Within the last two years, I explored the Cantonese and Hokkien Diaspora and traveled to Taiwan and Shanghai to study the influence of culture upon built works. From my experience, i learned that people respond to surrounding factors that may impact the way they live. Therefore, I believe that for every person, there is a house that is built with aesthetics and functions that corresponds to their lifestyle and it is my goal to help you find that house.
